Refund policy

At HI5PAW, operated by K9 Tribe LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hi5paw.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case K9 Tribe LLC will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Processing times vary by institution. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@hi5paw.com.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way; items returned more than 30 days after delivery; items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@hi5paw.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already been dispatched by our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled. Please contact hello@hi5paw.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
