Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping timeframes

Once dispatched, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is therefore 8–13 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers

We work with established shipping carriers to deliver your order. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and order size.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or delayed shipments

K9 Tribe LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control, including weather events, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at hello@hi5paw.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. K9 Tribe LLC cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@hi5paw.comwithin 24 hours of placing your order.
